Dr. Tony Y. Tao received his Doctoral Degree of Optometry from University of Houston College of Optometry and he did his medical training at University of Texas Medical School at Galveston, Texas. Dr. Tao is a member of American Optometric Association , Texas Optometric Association, and Dallas County Optometric Society. He is an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist licensed by Texas Optometry Board. He emphasizes in medical treatment of dry eyes, ocular allergy, eye injury and trauma, pediatric & adult eye care and non-surgical vision correction called Cornea Refractive Therapy procedure (CRT). This non-surgical vision correction (CRT) procedure has been approved by FDA and it stops your vision from worsening. Clinical trials have shown that it has been successful for children and adult patients ranging from six-year old to sixty-five year old. Dr. Tao’s office has a specialty optical shop on site and it has collections of Valentino, Marchon Airlock, Nike Flexons, Gucci, Nine West, CK & sunglasses, Giorgio Armani, Polo, Liz Claiborne and Elite.
